saltwater fly fishing: fly what size equipment should be used for fishing flats?

I am a veteran of the freshwater trout fisherman fly and an avid saltwater fisherman, but I've yet to make the jump to saltwater fly fishing. Im gonna be visiting Belize, which has im good story told fisheries and mangroves. I have to buy a fishing rod and reel for the job. I pretty much just need a flexible configuration that can handle permit, fish bones, small to medium tarpon and snook. so we recommend a good weight / size / class?

Although each company has a slightly different "reading" in the weight class, I got to a two-piece 9-foot, 9 WT. (Or a 9WT 10FT, if you can find!) In my opinion, a 8WT (with fast action tip) is perfect for bones. But for medium-medium / large Permit, Snook, Tarpon and the baby needs the kind of extra weight 9 rod. If that is strictly oriented medium Tarpon Snook in the mangroves and I would suggest WT-October 1 (for what could be away from the mangroves quick, otherwise you end up losing all other fish and can be expensive and frustrating. ") The "optimal" scenario would be if you could take (or pay) 2 costumes .....? In If so, would be a SUPER-fun 8WT to Bones and 10WT would be perfect for shad / Snook. If your portfolio that could influence .................... viola! Redington makes a decent (and fairly cheap) 10WT ....? You should check it.
