Ghana Blues

Anyone know what month is the best month for fishing for Marlin in Cabo? Trying to plan a trip and need help.

I fish a good bit of Cabo, depends what kind of marlin fishing you want to do. If stripies, late spring to early winter. Blues begin to arrive in July. My favorite is the month of August for a couple of reasons, I've caught blue, black and stripies then, candles, though rarely specific, they are there, gold monster is there (my g / f caught August 65 LBER before last) tuna (schoolies) are reliable and can be attacked overalls. But best of all, August is low season and 31 Bertram typically cost only 350usd. for an entire days (I recommend the Mexi-time) and housing is cheaper also. August is the hottest month there to bring appropriate clothing and sunscreen. As soon as to October is a good month, but the richest tournament in the world takes place then you will pay premiums for the presentation of the letters and, if you can find a decent, all good Bisby are chartered for black and blue. Good luck.

Here is a website for fishing charters in Accra the capital of Ghana. There is a live helpline on the website so that you can speak to someone for more information. This looks like a fun time in the high seas. Hope you have a wonderful time. :)
