The epic story begins somewhere in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Australia. A clown fish named Marlin (Albert Brooks) lives a wonderful life in a peaceful settlement of underwater fish and other fascinating sea with his wife. However, this serene setting is demolished when a vicious predator attacks their home, killing his wife. Distraught, Marlin will be consolation in the egg left behind which becomes his son, Nemo (Alexander Gould).

Because of this early trauma, Marlin is overprotective when it comes to Nemo. He is still a step behind everywhere his son goes, makes Nemo stay at home whenever possible and is still quite apprehensive about their child to school. Marlin's fears are realized when Nemo is captured in its first day of school and took him to live in a fishbowl on earth. Intention to liberalize his son, Marlin embarks on a bold and daring mission to retrace the path the boat of the abductor.

Wandering through the depths of the ocean, he meets Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) - A distracted, fish and friendly - that is determined to help his new friend back to her lost son. Together, they encounter a pack of sharks and a myriad of diverse and fascinating underwater creatures.

Meanwhile, Nemo is immersed in a dentist office fish tank overlooking the Sydney Harbor where it meets a number of exciting new friends. The other aquatic life, time limited to its own tanks, start Nemo's fraternity, revealing the story of his attempts to escape. Enlisting Nemo as their point man (or fish), invented a number schemes such as filter clogging the tank so they can take a break so that when cleaning out tanks. With the threat of introducing the dentist Nemo as a gift to his nerdy niece, the stakes are raised in our young hero and time is of the essence ...

Sporting one of the best written animated scripts of all time and an amazing soundtrack by Thomas Newman, Finding Nemo is a nice topic for parents and children. The writers leave an admirable job of combining adult and child humor throughout the script so as not to undermine the experience for any age group. With a number of sympathetic characters, the audience will be rooting for Marlin, Nemo and all his friends to carry out the task themselves. In general, this is a must-see film for all audiences, not only the great story and performances artificial, but if anything, simply because the animation is a marvel of entry and of itself ...
