ice fishing trips
boyfriends says im no invited...advice please!!!!!!?
My boyfriend of 5 years is going on an ice fishing trip up north. A few months ago, he asked me if I wanted to go on this same trip with him. Then he brought it up that him and all the guys were going, I CAN"T go because" you're a girl". Because it is a HUGE one room ice house, and all guys. ( including his brother.
It isn't like he never gets space, he goes fishing almost every weekend with the guys.
I have always been one of the guys. Mudding, dirtbiking, fishing, yaking, hiking, and the outdoors is my life. I have never been not allowed to do something because "your a girl" in my life. It has only been since I have been with him that I can't go because im a girl.
I can't relate becauseI have always been one of the guys, don't really have any girl friends to speak of.
I just think he should feel lucky to have a girl most guys would die for that loves to do all these things with him.
Advice, thoughts?
