Equipment for the offshore snapper in South Florida?
My plan is to go out on a charter boat at Haulover August and I was thinking of bringing my own cane turning to mess with all the stick they give me. I'm thinking about fishing for big snapper, like sheep, and I plan on using 7-foot rod with 20 lbs mono tied to a swivel 150 pounds and a couple of feet of fluorocarbon leader tied to a hook 8 / 0.
