FLY fishing... hard to learn?

My family of 4 is planning a trip to Colorado Springs, we were thinking about doing a guided tour to learn to fly fish. I personally don't fish that well even in the gulf (galveston!!). So... what do ya'll think?

Go for it! a guided lesson is by far the BEST way to learn! its is possible to learn from books and the internet, but getting first had advice on the water is even better.

You will know after you have caught your first fish whether fly fishing is for you or not-its and addictive aspect of fishing and it can take you all around the world I annually visit the Bahamas for bonefish and Alaska for grayling, trout and salmon.

It may seem hard at first but persevere and it should all come together, as ive already said a guided lesson is the best way to learn out on the water.

This should give you any information you need on basic casting, although not essential it may be a good idea to read up on some fly fishing articles if you have the time!(dont let the name stop you it is fly fishing!)
