Do I need a license to Fish in Florida?
Planning to have a vacation in South FL, just wondering if I need a license to fish in a shore.
Yes you do... good news is you can even buy a one week license for under $30. Any tackle shop, Walmart, K-Mart, etc. will sell them. If you're staying for more than one week... you can buy a one year license for $48. (I'm on vacation in Florida right now... 17 days). Buying the one year license not only saved me some money, but when I come visit again at Christmas it's still a valid license. All you need is a valid driver's license and you're in business.
