Be all you can be with a Business Plan
We had fellow Squidoo Rocket Mom, baby plenty of Master Mind members and business genius online at "Moon Moo & You: The Collective Wisdom" June 2, 2009!
We were going to talk about "women in business" but a day or two before the show, which began to feel adrift in my business. I attributed it to the unit to make the giant squid at the end of June through the creation 100 quality lenses. I am usually very good at juggling different tasks I set weekly, but the sheer energy involved with the creation of theses lenses, and work full time, blogs, preparing for a single-payer rally began to cloud my sense of overview.
And Charlie was the person indicated to address the void felt by leading the debate that ultimately, there were: - Development and use a Business Plan.
Charly has been working with unemployed men and women in their local area, Canberra, Australia. Its main focus has been to help these men and women develop well thought out business plans for future business or work for businesses.

Joan and I are markers goal, but none of us have a business plan. We are aware of the various aspects of the online business puzzle - But have not learned to juggle all aspects of efficiently or easily.
Running an online business is no different to having a brick business and mortar. The principles for the functioning of both are exactly the same.
You should look at your business like a business and not a hobby.

We talked about that much common thread universal than many of us talk about: feelings of isolation. Charly said many times, feeling spread is a sign out of your comfort zone. This means that you in a good place, but also means you have to take steps to get where you want to go.
Do one thing every day that moves you toward your ultimate goal. Always locate and review the big goal down and break into pieces.
Getting started: The business plan is the living, breathing document. Once you do work, not put it in a drawer and forget about it.
Breakdown of the business plan this way: 1) Introduction 2) Resource Management 3) Plan Marketing 3) Communications 4) Customer Service 5) Finance
Describe what type of business you have, with the four directions. Who are your customers? What do you like? and hate? eat? what car do drive? Really know your target audience!
If you've been in business for a while take time to reflect on what he called a business vision that has come to start the road that is now on.
You may need help with some components of the business plan. In a word - Outsource.
See your business in 3 months and 6, 12 months, 18 months and 1 year.
They two years, five years, 10 years out. Be flexible and adapt when necessary.
Surely you could use a car in these days of planning.
How much money you want to do? Go quarter by quarter and make adjustments.
Save this page in particular, the business plan and stick up on the wall a computer or vision board.

We approach focus our immediate efforts to locations where live. We talk about niches and niche expansion to include many more people.
As an example, my original niche was always self-healing and healing, but my original target was realized - and still is to some extent. However, now I'm expanding my focus to include all caregivers, healers in all walks of life, always with a spiritual focus.
So maybe We will pick the brains of Charley on this subject in greater depth. I know I will!
