recipes for the needle?

I bought the other day the needle, but do not really know what to do with it. Does anyone have any good recipe they can share?

Glasser Marlin - INGREDIENTS 1 / 2 cup Greek butter, divided 2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided 3 4 oz diced tomatoes with basil chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place 1 / 4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon garlic in medium saucepan over medium-low. When butter melts, add the tomatoes, basil and lemon juice. Just before mixture begins to boil, reduce heat to low. In a small saucepan, melt the remaining butter, and mix the remaining garlic. Arrange swordfish in a baking pan, and sprinkle with the mixture of butter and garlic in the saucepan. Bake the fish for 7 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn fish and continue baking 7 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Pour tomato mixture over fish to serve. Also cover with remaining sauce and garlic butter baking pan. ************************************************ Rosemary Marlin with Roasted Corn and Tomato Sauce - INGREDIENTS 1 / 2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves stripped and finely chopped 2 fillets needle pounds 1 / 4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 large onion, chopped 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes 2 ears, kernels cut off cob 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 sprig rosemary fresh, leaves stripped and finely chopped 2 teaspoons kosher salt or to taste salt and black pepper to taste DIRECTIONS To make the marinade, place 1 / 2 cup olive oil 1 sprig of rosemary in a plastic bag with zipper. Add fillets needle, seal bag and turn gently coat the fish evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Pour 1 / 4 cup olive oil in a safe, 10-inch skillet from oven. Add onion, cherry tomatoes, corn, garlic, 1 sprig rosemary and kosher salt. Place skillet in preheated oven and cook until vegetables are tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill to high temperature. Lightly oil grate, and 4 inches from heat. Place fish on preheated grill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, turning once, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Place fish on a plate and top with tomato and corn salsa ************ ************************************** ** Marlin (or Shark) Spanish - Ingredients marlin or shark steak 1 tablespoon oil 1 medium onion 6 chopped 1 large green pepper, coarsely chopped 8 oz tomato sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 / 2 teaspoon salt (to taste) 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper 1) Place fish in glass baking dish. 2) Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and 3) green pepper: saute 2-3 minutes. 4) Add the remaining ingredients and pour the sauce over the fillets. 5) Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. ******************************************* ************* Pacific Blue Marlin (Kajiki) - Ingredients 5 marlin steaks (3 / 4 inch thick) 3 tablespoons capers 2 lemon slices Flour 2 eggs or Egg Beaters egg substitute (to coat) bread crumbs (to cover) 1 / 4 cup butter, garlic, salt pepper Directions 1) Season fish lightly with garlic salt and pepper. 2) Next, dust the flour and roll into the egg. 3) the next roll in the breadcrumbs. 4) Heat pan and melt butter. 5) Squeeze the lemon juice and add about 1 / 2 capers. 6) Cook 1 / 2 the fish then add the rest of the capers and cook the other half. 7) Be careful not to cook as Marlin is easy to convert into the leather if you do! Capers: Something like little olives. 8) Expensive but lasts only a little on a plate for shame. If you do not have any, you can try green olives for a similar effect but use more and chop fine.
