Help with fishing .. under the spring?
What are the best baits for largemouth bass in the spring? And what's best for small mouth in the spring? What kind of lures, bait hard and soft baits. Perhaps a certain size or color you recommend. I live in New York if that helps any. and I'll be fishing in a reservoir and a stream. I mainly fish off the ground.
Spring can mean a couple of months rather long, but when the water temperature hits 67 degrees temperature magic is when the need takes over reproduction and the low will move up in the shallow waters where they occur. they grouped the temperature expected to rise with the right bait of twice during the spring is the mandate for success. Be grounded never rise to the low-water fish the way back before you go and catch many fish that would have scared up. When they move to generate almost exclusively me paso red shad worms and lizards and motor oil is best for me and chartreuse colors and lime green second. After spawning I use a lot of fast moving baits around tree stumps, submerged rivers and canals downs.
